Motoring Law is a complex area involving many procedural and technical issues. Many years of experience have enabled us to recognise these issues in order to advise and defend our clients. Do not assume that your case is hopeless. Wait until you have spoken to an expert.
We specialise in defence work and do not do any prosecuting. Our first responsibility is to ensure that the prosecution have a case against you. In those cases where there is no defence, we will then seek to help you obtain the most lenient sentence including avoiding disqualification where that is possible.
