Costs
We will discuss and agree with you fully the basis of our costs and if the case against you is dismissed, we can apply and will normally obtain a “Defence Costs Order” enabling you to obtain most, if not all, of the fees you have paid us.
We are not permitted to deal with cases on a “No win no fee” basis.
